Frequently Asked Questions

  • All of our peptides come in 10mL vials, but the amount of liquid inside can look different depending on the type of peptide and your prescribed dose. The number of milligrams (mg) on the label tells you how much peptide is in the vial. To mix it properly, just check your peptide guide for how much bacteriostatic water to add. Don’t worry if the vial looks less than half full—that’s totally normal!

  • Keep your peptides in the fridge so they stay effective. Make sure to protect them from light and heat, and try not to freeze and thaw them multiple times.

  • • Powdered Peptides – These can last up to 2 years when kept in powder form in the fridge or freezer. They’re pretty stable, so leaving them out at room temperature for a few weeks won’t hurt.

    • Liquid Peptides – After mixing, they stay good for 3 to 6 months in the fridge if handled properly. They’re okay at room temperature for up to 7 days, but for best results, try to keep them cold as much as possible to preserve their strength.

  • It depends on how long the peptide was left out and whether it was in powder or liquid form. Most peptides are pretty stable and can sit at room temperature for several days—often up to a week or more—as long as they’re kept out of heat and direct sunlight. If they’re left out for too long, they might lose some strength, but they’re usually still safe to use. The biggest concern is reduced effectiveness, not safety.

If this happens, just pop the peptide back into a cool, dry spot—ideally the fridge—as soon as you can. If you’re ever not sure whether it’s still effective or safe, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help and can give you guidance based on your specific situation. To keep your peptides working their best, try to store them in the fridge when you’re not using them.

  • Most of our peptide vials are designed to last about 4 to 5 weeks when following the usual dosing guidelines. That said, peptides like Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, Melanotan, and Pentosan may vary since they’re tailored to your personal goals and how your body responds. For more details on how long each one typically lasts, check out the product pages or our dosing guide sheets.

If you change your dosing schedule, your vial might last a little longer or shorter than four weeks.
This depends on how often and how much you’re injecting. A little variation is totally normal and won’t affect your overall results, as long as you use the full vial over the time your provider recommends.

  • It’s totally normal for a vial to last a little more or less than four weeks. Small differences in how you measure doses, use the syringe, or just day-to-day handling can affect this. Don’t worry—it won’t impact your overall progress. Peptide therapy is designed to be flexible and still give you the full amount over time.

If you didn’t follow the usual dosing schedule, your vial may run out sooner or last longer.
And if you think there’s a bigger issue with your vial, just reach out—we’re happy to take a look and help figure it out.
